I really wanted 3000 miles this year, so who's up for 20 Monday?!! Only kidding.
So we never figured out who is going down to the Painter's 1/2 marathon. So far I just know of Rabid and myself. It will be a good time if it's just the two of us, but we can make it a true party if more want to come! It's a pretty good race. And it gives us an excuse to visit our traditional Parrot Head Cafe (not really the name of it, but I can't remember-I just know it has yummy food!)

Later!

Oh, you are a Wonder Woman, Hillene! By the way, those who are wanting to carpool to Rabid's house Monday morning should be at Albertsons parking lot (1600 north) at 5:45 am. Good times!

Oh, one more thing. Has anyone registered for the Ogden 1/2 yet? Those running it, is the plan to get a hotel Friday night or drive up early Saturday morning?

Uh, disregard the Jazz comment. I got excited a little too early! They just lost.

Who are the Jazz? Are they a football team? Baseball?

So... in regards to Painter's, we need a room. Do you want to try and get the condo or get a hotel? The condo is $95/night plus $20 to clean it. They have a minimum 2 night stay. I have yet to check for availability.

Or - do we want to make it a quick trip? Either way is good for me.

Proabably a quick trip would be my husband's first choice! So, maybe we should check the hotel we stayed at for the marathon.

Runner's world had lots of good winter running advice this month. Including changing out of wet clothes as quick as possible and drinking a hot drink shortly after. So, I think Starbucks needs to be a daily ritual!!
See you all tomorrow (don't forget your change of clothes, Cracker!)
