I suppose most have set plans...I am not running too swift, but if you want any company I will be at the mouth of Provo Canyon @ 6 for 14-15 miles.

I will be at the soccer park @ 5:45 for 18 miles.
So choose your company, last week we divided up but that worked out.

I will meet @ 6 but cannot do 18 yet as I recover, I plan on
14, maybe more, will just run up and turn back before others.
