It appears congrats are in order for Triabry and the PR on his triathlon this weekend. Congrats! Also congrats to the Wasatch Back Relay crack-o-dawners with their sub-masters win plus 5th coed team overall. (Being as I was on that team, it's weird to congratulate myself! Oh well.)

The Wednesday crowd has been close to extinct these days, so we figured we could join, Hillene, Radracer, Triabry, et al for a few weeks.

Radracer's or Hillene's house at 5:05 or Downhill Diva's at 5:20.

Ouch!

Spouse of Hillene (aka Himene) went over his handlebars on Saturday and landed on his face. He has broken his nose in "several places". He seems to be doing fine but will require a fix-up operation when the swelling goes down.
