tennis courts if you want to ride up together.

Saturday 9-24-11

6:00 AM Mouth of Provo Canyon
1.5 miles south and back = 3 miles
4.5 miles up the canyon and back with 3 miles tempo
total miles = 12

1) Soccer Park, 5:30

2) Rabidrunner's House, 5:15

Saturday 9-17

5:30 AM Mouth of Provo Canyon
We will go down 1/2 mile and then back up above Vivian Park,
turn back for Tempo that will be 6 miles and end at the fountain,
we can then end up for a soak at the mouth. Total 15 miles.
We still have most of a full moon.
