I believe the plan is to head up Provo canyon for speed work. Some of us plan to meet you at the mouth of the canyon.

Meeting at the soccer park will give you 9 miles if we run to Nuns. A few of us will meet at the Mouth since we only want 6 (due to the race the next day). So we will see you then!
Also, who is planning on being here for Saturday's run? Rabid, Downhill, I have a 20-miler on our schedules and are wondering who else is wanting to run that far. I also need to start at 5 am because I have to be finished by 8:30, but I can run a few alone before meeting the rest of you. I just need to know what time everyone else wants to start, so I can plan accordingly!
Oh, one more thing!!! Who would be interested in running the Jupiter Steeple Chase in Park City on August 9th? It is a great (very challenging) 16-mile (feels like 26) trail run!
