Soccer Park, 5:10 or 5:30
How many body builders does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Six. One to screw it in and 5 to say "Dude. Yer Huge."

First I must say I like those jokes especially the NYC Marathon one - I can relate so well to that one!
Second a big HAND to those that ran so well down in Moab - you guys are always so impressive.
Third I don't know who Becca is which commented on the 9th, but yes, there are a few of us that are making our way down to run a lowly 10K through the beauty of Snow Canyon - it is almost emabarssing to admit that in front of all of these long runners - but it is best for my 11 year old son right now - so that is why I had to do a long run last Saturday. Someday I will get back in sync with the group.
