Is this THE kickin' foccacia recipe? It sounds like more work than I'm used to doing. I don't know if I can make this recipe since it isn't by mass. I guess I can adapt, convert, and conquer (unless it doesn't turn out well and then I'll ask for more instructions).
So, Rabid I hope you don't mind me talking about what happened to Hubby, but I thought people would want to know- on Wednesday, Rabid and Hubby were skiing and Hubby took a jump wrong, landed bad, and crushed both heals. Surgery still uncertain. But he will be in a wheel chair for 8-12 weeks regardless. Rabid has more details than I am including here, but wanted her to know she is in our thoughts, as is Hubby as he recovers. We will miss seeing you out on our runs for a little while, Rabid, as you help Hubby. You really bring a lot of fun to our group and we love you tons.
rabidrunner, I am very sorry to hear about the injuries to your man & hope that both of you will be able to get through the challenging weeks ahead. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts & hoping for the best. You know that any of us would do whatever we could to help you out so don't go all tough girl on us! I'll be calling to see when I can bring in a dinner. ms.milleage, thanks for letting us know & keep the updates coming.
Thank you thank you thank you or your thoughts. We feel it from everywhere and I am so grateful.
We spoke with the doc (foot repair guy who is above and behind by the way), and he says he has no reason to believe he cannot repair them. Spouse will have surgery when the swelling goes down (most likely the week of April 7). He should be walking in a pool in around 2 months, walking altogether in 4 and doing everything he loves (biking, skiing, hunting, hiking) in a year.
I am so happy right now! It's all going to be okay. We had 24 hours of doubt - the longest 24 hours ever.
Sorry to hear about the ski accident Rabid! But relieved that your husband will regain full range of mobility. Please send him our best. Let us know what we can do to help. Stay positive, be patient! We will keep you in our prayers.
Dr Scott? Where the..., who the..., how the...??? Have you fallen off the face of the earth, or found better people to run with?? Missed ya on our 24 mile run today!

Oh and Radracer... sorry about the bread recipe. I haven't had access to my computer with your e-mail address on it. Anyway focaccia can be found here

Rabidrunner, that hurts thinking about it, should we do the crackodawn relief society? Let us know if we can do anything.

Rabid, I didn't know you were married to Bode Miller :) Good news from the doc and good luck with surgery and rehab.
