I think I am going to do a seven mile tempo run. Meet at the soccer park, go up to the top of the canyon road. Start the tempo - down to the Country Club up University, by Will's, up to Carterville and then the normal/standard route back to 800 North. Then cool down back to the park. That is my plan. You are welcome to come or to do other things.
