Big Springs or Provo Canyon (22 miles)
Meet at the Timpanogos Park at 5:30 if you want to do the canyon. Meet at 6:00 if you want to do big springs.
The canyon plan is to run about 3 at 5:30 then pick up those who meet at 6:00. Mileage should be about the same for those doing the canyon or those doing Big Springs. Have I totally confused everyone?
The Timpanogos Park is about a mile up Provo Canyon. It's the park with the brick pavilions and houses the Timpanogos Story Telling Festival. It's NOT the park just off the main road.

I talked to Asphalt Zipper today and he was initially the one to suggest Big Springs, but is now planning on meeting at 5:30 since he wasn't sure if anyone else was going to want to run Big Springs with him. If there is any one who really wants to run the Big Springs route, post so that Asphalt can make a decision!!
