I know that someone mentioned a nice St. George pace calculator the other day. I was looking in the chat forum and this is the one that I found is this the one that was suggested? "http://zimtech.org/StGeoPaceCalculator.xls" it was posted by a person with the name Utahrunner.
Yes, Snake eyes that is the calculator that I have seen before. Not sure that it makes that much difference, but probably worthy of review during this last week.
I will not be at this Saturday run - my son has a camp so I will be camping/running/breaking camp/soccer game . I will miss not being with each of you this last weekend.
