So... I'm beginning to think that I want to do Provo Canyon. Anyone else interested?
I will join you and I was thinking of running up to Bridal Veil and then running 1 mile, 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 repeats back to the mouth.
I like the idea of something a little different! Should we meet at the mouth of the canyon at 5:30?
If you want an extra 3, meet at 5:00, otherwise, if you are meeting at the Canyon at 5:30, it will be about 8 miles.
