So I'm thinking a tempo of 5-7 miles will be just great! I also would like to go to the canyon again.

Same here!!

So, this weekend is Hope to Hobble or Hope to Hope like we did last year. Is there anyone who would choose to go all the way over to Hobble Creek, should we do an out and back again?

Sadly for me, maybe not for you, I will be in Missouri this weekend seeing my kids and grandkids. I will have to plan something good there although there are no mountains there to climb! But if I were here I would say in a heart beat Hope to Hope, remember the logistics 2 weeks ago in Springville?

But I am not sad to be with my kids. :)

Have a great time there! Of course we will miss having you suffer through the tough 24-miler this weekend with us, but you will be having a far better time in Missouri. You will be in Missouri and we will be experiencing Misery!!

There is a lot of truth to that misery-the humidity is not kind.

Hey, I was going to cancel my 2nd room at the Ramada for St George. My family is shrinking as far as those at home. We have 2 rooms. I will hold off until Thursday-if anyone needs a room, let me know.

As far as Saurday goes, we would vote for Hope to Hope just on the idea that we would return with hope instead of hobble-ing. But it would also be great to save on time and gas!

Canyon will be good tomorrow!

What time on the Hope to Hope?

Sojourners are "starting" at 6 from Hope camp ground. Should we aim for the same thing?

does that mean the mouth of the canyon?
