Hi all you runners. I haven't been out lately because running in these winter conditions makes me grumpy!!! So, I decided to break into the blog world today in an effort to see if our crazy group wants to put a team together for the Wasatch Back Relay this year. The date is June 20-21 and the early sign up ends this Thursday. I know we have tossed the idea around casually but if we want to make it happen we better jump on it soon. Look at your summer schedules and check out the website at www.ragnarrelay.com for more details. Oh yeah, and pray for spring!

I have a triathalon that day, good luck. We need the water but wouldn't it be nice to go from snow to rain?
