Hello all - it was nice to see the three new bodies on the Monday run. I never really met Chris, he was too fast. Alan or is it Allen or Allan? Anyway it is not fair that he can run up the hill and not be breathing hard must be something about age? -- Way to go. And then Emily - deluxe runner with collegian experience. Those are the people that will teach all of us rookies how to run!!
I hope you feel welcome and that you are willing to come back again. It is kind of a mess with all these websites and blog sites, but the people are fun to run with and on occassion they even do some social things.
Now of course you will not know who posted this, because we all use code names. You might think this is john, but no I am john2. If you posted something as emily or chris the internet police would find you - so you MUST find a new name and then even better, is if you change your name each time and then no one will know you. SO DON'T even think about posting something - just feel welcome and we hope to see you again on a Monday, Wed. or Sat.
