Wednesday's Run (11/28/07)

Change in plans for some...

1. Hillene's, 5:00am or RadRacer's 5:15

2. Soccer Park, 5:10 or 5:30

After early morning deliberation, we have found that the Hillene group is doing hills and we want to do a tempo. Ms. Mileage and myself will be joining the Soccer Park group.

And Rabid, very creative on the slowman primary version!

Not only who is slowman, but who is outnback? Man, ask one simple question and you get all sorts of people coming out of the wood work with an opinion!

So next week we will be running with the Hill-Try-Rad-Diva group since they will be doing a tempo run. I'm not sure my legs will allow me to run another hill so close to Monday's three. Sorry for the change of the change (especially John2-I hope you're not too angry!)

We've received a few responses on having a little Christmas shindig on Sat. the 15th, but not everyone has said yes or no. So keep responding so we'll know how many people to plan on. Remember it is for spouses (or dates) too.

Let's think of another simple question to bring more out of the woodwork. Shall we?

Rabidrunner, nice tape job. So far so good. Muchas gracias.

Perhaps tomorrow morning I will realy be a snowman, but slowman is Scott, the one who comes with John2and can only keep up going downhill.

So far for the party we have the following people who have said they can come:

Ms. mileage
Rabidrunner
Radracer
Tryabry
Longlegs
Hillene
Dentist P.N.

Anyone I've forgotten? I know many have not told me one way or another, so look at your schedules and let me know either on the blog or in person. I probably should reserve a location next week. Gracias!

Completely off topic, I just wanted to let you know that my heels are feeling quite a bit better, but the left one isn't up to snuff yet. I plan to get in some easy miles in the next couple of days and get back with you all on Monday. Everyone have a fantastic rest of your week and a super weekend!

I think the idea of the adult party is wonderful - I have not been visiting the site religiously, so I am catching up. Only conflict that I see with the 15th are BB games BYU-W at 4 and BYU-M at 7. My niece plays on the womens team. Anyway, I could give my mens tickets away - if necessary. I have not talked to my wife - she might have other plans? I will let you know.

Thanks for your efforts with this. I think it is nice to include the other half in some of this with all the time that we are out of the house running around. It should be fun.

Anyone determine whom outnback is? I am not sure that we could not really use our real names, but this is so mysterious, especially since I sign in with a different name each time.

Hah! That was funny. Maybe John should increment his number each time he makes a comment. That way your number will reflect the comments made. I believe that Outnback is still a mystery. Will he/she give us a clue? It's so much fun when we don't know... isn't it?

Did EDoll give an affirmative on the party today?

Longlegs - are you icing? Must ice. Speeds recovery.

Saturday's run - What do you want to do? Ms Mileage an I were thinking of starting at the canyon around 5:30 then meeting everyone else there at 6:30, unless everyone wants to meet at 5:12 then we won't come back?!

About the party, please count us in! I may not show up for the morning runs... but dinner should not be much of a struggle!
I'm so glad cracker was not by himself this morning!! Sorry Hillene! Hey, so you know, I ran 10 miles today... just trying to keep up with the Bostoners... and keep up with my mileage goal (ms. mileage is my hero!).
Zee Docteur says: stay away from those holiday treats!! He speaks with much authority on the matter, he just gained 10 pounds!!
Enough rambling... see you on Saturday!

John4, you shouldn't have mentioned the BYU game because that may change people's minds about coming to the party!! Or we could go to dinner and then the game together! Nah! You guys can miss one game. What beats a party with the Crackodawners? Nothing!

I better solve the mystery of who outnback is. This is Jason, a Tuesday spin regular, that just started running with this awesome group of crackodawners!

Saturday at either time sounds great. What is the planned mileage?

Why are you starting so cracko early on Sat. Can't we all start at 6:00. Or are we running 20 miles. What is up?????
Zdr... where were you on tues? I was by myself:( Are you swimming on fri. I am glad you know how to eat. This is going to be one big party!!!!!! We should play mafia

Welcome Outnback! We've enjoyed having you run with us!

Hillene, I just have to start early on Saturday to be done by 7:30 because I have to get 7 of us (yes that includes my husband) ready for a baptism in Bountiful at 10am plus prepare a lovely salad to bring up with us. Rabid and I talked about running alone until 6 or 6:30 when the rest of you all wanted to meet and then run with you until 7:30. So no one else needs to show up so early unless you want to of course. I think realistically we will only be able to do 12 or 13 miles (ouch! That's hurts to even say such low mileage!!) but if the rest of you are planning on more you can do whatever you want.

Yes, PN is who you think it is (not a very original blog name-I'm waiting for him to tell me a more creative one) We should require that who ever wants to join us for the Crackodawn Christmas Spectacular should be required to log atleast 15 miles a week until then. So, PN, Wasp, Dr.Scott GET UP and RUN!!! The more you run, the more Thai food you can eat at the party! Tempting isn't it!
