Wednesday's Run (11/07/07)
Two Groups:
#1 Soccer Park, 5:10 or 5:30
#2 HILLene's at 5:00, Radracer's at 5:15 or Downhill Diva's at 5:30

In honor of recovery week, I propose that Group #2 cut some mileage and include a 3 mile tempo instead of the usual hills.
I talked to Downhill Diva this morning, and she will leave a bit before 5:30 and meet us at the corner of 12th and 20th. From there, we will make our way through a 3 mile tempo to finish near Triabry's place
Tempo is a net uphill, so don't get any ideas that it's easy or fast; it's just less miles than usual. The theory is that on recovery week we cut mileage to allow recovery, but don't cut intensity or else we end up feeling sluggish the next week and not ready to work.
