How about breakfast @ Magleby's Fresh-YUM, just kidding, I guess we should be doing some kind of workout...downing that good breakfast with creamy topping burns a few calories!

There's always the never ending french toast at kneaders competition.

There was some talk of heading up to cedar hills for the run.

Does anyone want to bike afterwards? Mtn or Road? I suppose since it's supposed to rain for the next 40 days, the trails might be a little slimy Sat morning.

Hillene - How's the biking going? Heard you all had a blast doing white rim. That's definitely on my to do list. I should hook up with you guys and get some in with y'all. My other mountain bike buddies aren't really in it for the exercise, so they trudge pretty bad on the uphills.

i usually bike mon, tues, fri. i go around 6:00 and get home around 7:15-8:30. I don't have any plans this fri. or sat. I hope to do that race on mon. so I would like to take it somewhat easy this weekend. longlegs what would you like to do this weekend

Hopefully the trails won't be too slimy cause I would love to get on them again! I think there is a group (Bishop B, etc) starting at Dry Creek(? or is it Canyon?) and heading up the "Staircase" and making a 10 mile loop up towards Battle Creek and back to their cars. I thought that sounded good except it's about 5-6 miles short! So, would anyone want to start and finish at the soccer park, head up to the Shoreline trail and run to meet that other group, join them, and then run back to our cars?

Hillene - I'm up for anything really. I do need to get some hard miles in. I've got a duathlon next month that I need to do some stamina training for. What race is this mon? Friday works great for me for whatever you have in mind. Where do you plan to ride? would that be 7 at your place?

I plan to run saturday with the mistress of mileage and that gang, then do some biking afterwards if anyone else is interested.

So, the part of the run that Bishop B and group are planning is only 6.5 miles, not 9-10 like originally thought. So, in order to get 15-16 miles in we would need to start and finish at the Mouth. Those wanting 12-13 could start at the soccer park a few minutes after 6 and then we could meet up there. Thoughts??? I think 6 am start time sounds great!
