Congratulations - it was such a beautiful weather day and everyone had such great times - you are all amazing. Conrad - great, great time I am sure that Phil is going to be way jealous.
I had a good time with my clan, but at the same time wished that I could have been running faster, but it was a nice experience to run with my son(s) and daughter.
Congrat's to Bryan and others that qualified for Boston. I always thought that Bryan was the old man of the group and now I find out that I am the oldest. You guys had better start respecting your elders!
I didn't see any of you out to run this morning - are you just wimpy little kids?

john2, you are just a crazy guy! And you say I'm obsessed-you need to take a break old man!! I thought it was so nice of you to run with your kids. What a great example you are to them of hard work and dedication. You're awesome! No running for me until maybe this weekend or next Monday.

ms - you are to be commended for your great time at St. George. And your continued improvements in time - you are speedy. You just keep getting faster and faster. I hope it is not to big of a let down if you ever come to a plateau - it has been interesting to watch the eb and flow of the running group and Marcie's injuries, Phil's, John's, etc. But I guess that we all need to just do the best that we can while we have the ability.
Many thanks for the example that you are to me.
