Wednesday's Run (10/24/07)
Two Groups
#1 Soccer Park, 5:10 or 5:30
#2 HILLene's at 5:00, pick up Triabry on the way, Radracer's at 5:15, Downhill Diva's at 5:30

I have to be home by 6:20. I leave my home at 5:00 and pick up tribry and over to radracer around 5:15. Sometimes we get downhill diva at her house around 5:30. I wonder if we could be meet somewhere. Where do you soccer folks go??? Can we get together??? do you feel a song coming on...
I forgot to mention the 2nd group run. Thanks for reminding me. Traditionally, the soccer folks have "gone south" - is anyone interested in hooking up with these guys?
I was going to say that we might want to keep some unity to the sojourners web site, but it does not look like it has been updated for some time. They are still saying they are meeting at Timpview - maybe they are, maybe not. At least the Monday runs I think we should keep the same just to see if any others ever show up.
So I guess it does not matter to me if we meet at hillene's in that way I would not need to drive at all.
I would love to combine the Wednesday group maybe every other week for a little variety or is that too confusing? I like where we go on Wednesdays, but I also miss having the rest of you there too! It would especially be nice to run together if we start the "four week plan" in November since Wednesdays are going to be tempo days. We need to think this one through! More suggestions and input please!
Okay, I'm going out on a limb to say that there is no "unity" in "sojourners." Just a meager 10 year observation.
Every other week sounds good to me. Just as long as we post where and when unity will prevail! All hail to prevail and unitail (okay so Unity didn't rhyme - I have never said I was a rhymocerous.)
Too early... I agree! But, there's always tomorrow, or Saturday! If it's not to stay informed (and use that info), at least i come to this site to be entertained. I enjoy reading your comments. Now, I know you're all expecting a health tip from "Zee Doctor", so here it is: throw away that old toothbrush, do yourself a big favor and buy an electric toothbrush. Your life will be changed forever. Hey, they make great stocking stuffers!!... and the entire family deserves it! To that, Hillene will add: floss every day and use a tongue scraper! Oh, and use a toothpaste with Xylitol!! You'll make your mouth and teeth very happy! From Zee Doctor with love!
