I'm going to have to start at 5:15 or 5:30 because my kids have a swim meet at 8:45. I'm planning on running South for 8-8 1/2 miles and then coming back to the mouth. I think i'm going to do two-mile tempo repeats. If anyone is interested in coming with Rick and me, let me know.
