The plan, as was talked about, is to do run 12 miles, with a 3-mile tempo down the canyon. Then whoever wants to go to Kneaders after to talk Boston is welcome, and even those who are not going to Boston are more than welcome to come as well. The more the merrier!!
So where exactly is the meeting place to start the run and is it at 6 AM? Then we finish at Kneaders or do we finish and drive to Kneaders? I think we could use a comment with some authority -- mileage we all looking at you these days - you are the 'leader of the pack'; (well deserved and earned). I like others would like to be finished by 8 or 8:30ish.
Parties, soirees, and keeping spouses happy... all of that while I'm out of town... Thanks guys!! Just kidding!! Have fun... I'll have room service pancakes! All the best to Rabbidrunner and hubby. Those pictures are amazing!! From snowy Minnesota...
That title is so NOT deserved and anyone else is welcome to veto what I have to say, but a new plan has emerged this morning at the gym, atleast for some of us. There seems to be several who need to be done by 8 or 8:30 or even before that, so should we change the time to 5:30??? If anyone is really against starting that early, they can meet us somewhere along the route. Is that ok with everyone? Then those who want to can still head over to Kneaders and will not feel so rushed. Comments....?
Not that anyone will be checking this again, but be aware that there will be 150 marathon runners that will be running down the canyon starting at 6 AM as part of the Utah Valley Marathon. I am not sure if the plan is still to run up the canyon, but the traffic could be pretty busy for Saturday. Good night.

Does the name come from Elie Wiesel's Night?

Now I feel bad - I see on the home page that it says soccer park at 6 AM . I guess that is all that I really need to know.

As the road I'm traveling on is rather rocky, I will need to run from my house. I might be able to get me a man sitter to make it Kneaders however.
If anyone's interested in joining me, holler.
I am good for 5:30, I can smell Kneaders (Is that because I work a half block from the Provo store?)
So, 5:30 for everyone???
Lam Fam are you in for 5:30?
It's a good thing I checked in again. The Lam Fam will be there at 5:30.
