Another Day OF Nines!!! So excited.
Rabidrunner's house at 5:30.
16-18 with a 10k tempo in there. I mapped one out today.
(Not as exciting as Provo Canyon but prolly faster!)

Is this a pavement run?
Mostly.
Is mostly like 99% pavement? And 1% grass? I just want to run in my marathon shoes, and I don't want to run in dirt with them (I am totally a princess tennis player).
As far as I know, nothing is set. So wear you marathon shoes and we'll stay off the dirt. Or don't wear your marathon shoes and we'll go to the dirt.
Either way... you're the favorite princess! We'll do anything to accommodate you.
