I believe they have 6 miles with a 3 mile tempo planned
2) Mouth of Provo Canyon, 4:55 or 5:15
We could do a tempo or some shorter distance speed work. We could discuss what we want to do here or wait until tomorrow.

Our little splinter group, with races this weekend will be doing about 6 with 3 miles tempo. 5:15 in our meeting area by my home.
