Hillene needs to be back at 7:30 as her soon to be Michael Phelps son has region swim meet.
Rad Racer & I are thinking the non polluted air of southfork and snow shoes sounds good.

A later, sleep deprived group will meet at the soccer park @ 6:30am and run 10-12 miles from there.
Great job to everyone who ran the Painters. Bring your awards so I can melt them and make a glass window :)

For anyone interested in getting wet in the smog free envirnment of southfork, we will meet @ 6 AM at the mouth of the canyon and go up to Big Spring.
