If you want to carpool or need to follow someone over, meet at the Allen's parking lot (in Lindon) at 5:10. Allen's right? A-L-L-E-N-S. I even checked twice this time.

I know someone who does!!...Rabid?? You KNOW we'll start early for you, darlin'! Ok, atleast I know I WILL!! So, if anyone else wants to join, how does 5:30 sound???...C'mon people, once in a while is not too bad, right? What if we meet at Rabid's and run up to the Shoreline trail across from the Cedar Hills fire station and then either do a loop or an out and back. It's a really good trail (in my opinion!). If we go 15, that should put us back to Rabid's at about 8:00! Any other suggestions, wants, or desires?
5:30 really isn't that early! Sounds like a good time to be out.

5:30 sounds great as I need to get to work right after the run. Oh the joy of working in retail during the holidays. :)
So, talking to fellow gym rats this am, we decided to meet at Allens at 5:10 if you want to carpool to Rabid's house.
TriaBry, I'll carry your camera again if you want to bring it! It's not quite as pretty as Big Springs, but who doesn't love a photo shoot! Especially when it means we can stop more and play!!
TriaBry - sorry to disappoint you and too disappoint myself, but it turned out foot 1 and john 0. My foot was still bothering me enough that I just could not justify going down and attempting the run. It would have been like dumping good money after bad, so I just cut my losses.
I hope that my foot can get better, by the end of the day my ankle is quite swollen and I have a hard time getting around. Anyway, thank you for your well wishes - I just hope to be tough like you.
