Does anyone have a small camera that we could take pictures with tomorrow? I can carry it in my fuel belt, but I don't have a small enough one to fit in there.
I have a camera. I think if we do the big spring, anyway, me, my legs will be pretty tired after that run up, around, and down? You are all younger and stronger. Let me know if we will bike after, I will think young and be ready!
I'm bikeless, so I won't be biking. I thought that THE Lance was coming and figured he had a bike for every outfit and could let me borrow one. But it's some OTHER Lance. Probably French.

I was just listening to that one yesterday and thought of you.
For me, it is the canyon while it is still accessible. But I am flexible.
I say we run the canyon (10 or so) and then get on our bikes for a nice easy cool down fun beautiful fall ride...

Yes, Mr. Lance has a bike for Rabbidrunner... nothing fancy, just an average mountain bike, but the right size.

Just biking up the canyon path, on either road or mountain bike. But hey, we can also just run the alpine loop as you suggested this morning!?
