Sorry to miss your run in the canyon. We are in Seattle; visiting and it is hard to find a relative flat place to run, however I think I did the best that I could in finding Green Lake. I have not really seen it in the day light, but I got my run in this morning circling the lake three plus times. It was very, very nice morning. I wish that you were all here! I thought about Long-legs, but not until after I was finished and I am not sure that I would know how to get a hold of him anyway. You guys are the best!

I am up for the canyon again while the weather is nice. It's shorts time still tomorrow!
How about Mouth of the Canyon at 6:30? That's the word on the street! And SHORTS for sure!!
