I would prefer Tuesday for a couple reasons, one being that I will be up much later Tuesday night and would be more tired Wednesday, and the other reason is that Tuesday is the beginning of carb depletion and by Wednesday, we'll be dragging (those of us depleting that is).
Also are we going to have a carb loading get together on Wednesday? Rabid runner and I talked about meeting at a park instead of at someone's house so all our little offspring have room to run around! Any comments?
Tuesday would be fine with me. I started carb depletion today (salmon and cottage cheese, jello coagulating in the fridge). I'll be seriously dragging on either of those days.
I have done an 8 mile run with the last 3 at marathon pace in the past. But this year, I'm flying with wings (get it, "winging it") so whatever is fine with me.

I would like to know what the plan is for this week. I want to do one mile sometime. Do you want to do it either tues or wed?

Wow, this site is so cool, that gives me one less reason to not show up! Dang, I'll just have to get serious again... after St George that is!
