Saturday's Run (12/01/07)

Mouth of Provo Canyon, 5:15 or 6:30

Is that what you want to do? If so, who's coming at 5:15 and who's coming at 6:30?

Wednesday's Run (11/28/07)

Change in plans for some...

1. Hillene's, 5:00am or RadRacer's 5:15

2. Soccer Park, 5:10 or 5:30

After early morning deliberation, we have found that the Hillene group is doing hills and we want to do a tempo. Ms. Mileage and myself will be joining the Soccer Park group.

Tuesday Tune

Today's tune was requested by LongLegs. And since it happens to be my favorite band, I am happy to accomodate. The tune is titled It's a Fast Driving Rave Up With The Dandy Warhols Sixteen Minutes (by the Dandy Warhols). You can watch a live somewhat full-length version of the tune Here.

Runner's World mentioned the song in an aritcle called Long-Run Mix. They said the 16-minute tune "passes like six." Here's the Long-Run Mix in it's entirety:
  1. Surfing on a Rocket," Air
  2. "Take California," Propellerheads
  3. "Run," Snow Patrol
  4. "Sister Anne," MC5
  5. "Politik" and "The Scientist," Coldplay
  6. "It's a Fast-Driving Rave-Up With The Dandy Warhols Sixteen Minutes," The Dandy Warhols.
  7. "When the Levee Breaks," Led Zeppelin
  8. "Champagne Supernova," Oasis
  9. "This Is The Last Time," Keane
  10. "The National Anthem," Radiohead
  11. "Shoot Speed/Kill Light," Primal Scream
  12. "Diamond Dogs," David Bowie
  13. "Olsen Olsen," Sigur Ros
  14. "Music For Airports," Brian Eno

There you go. Happy Tuesday.
