That sounds good. Because I am not tapering, I need just a few more, how about meeting at the park, I (and anyone else wh wants) could run fom the church over to the park, leaving 20 minutes earlier.
I'm interested in the 15m or so. Start time?
I'm good for 15 with a 6 mile tempo. But, I need to start at 5:30 because I need to be back for my sons baptism.
Should we meet 5:30 at the church? 6:00 at the soccer Park? Or just 5:30 at the church?
We can go from the church or the park at 5:30, if you decide on the park at 5:30, I will leave earlier from home/church. Whatever makes it easier on you.
if we meet at the church how many miles will we be doing???? I need to prepare my head for the run...
