Directions:

• Travel to Highland Highway. Also called SR 92 or 11000 North (Road running East/West that goes to American Fork Canyon)
• Turn NORTH on 6000 West
• Turn LEFT at stop sign, 11800 North or Westfield Road
• Church is 1/2 a mile on the left

Also, there's talk of doing Diamond Fork this Saturday. What are you thoughts? I know there are a few that will be unable to make it due to time restraints.

Wednesday (7.29.09)

It looks like we'll meet at the LDS chapel by Triabry's house (on the corner of 280 West and 1890 North Orem) at 5:15, run to Pleasant Grove High (3 milesish), do some speed, then run back.

Is everyone okay with this? Please give a yeah or nay.

For this week, it looks like the following is in order:

• Tuesday: Suncrest for Ms Mileage and anyone else racing this weekend
• Wednesday: 4 mile tempo (at 15k to 1/2 marathon pace - Provo canyon unless we decide otherwise)
• Thursday: Suncrest for 10 biguns
  
• Friday: Many will race
  
• Saturday: 17ish miles. I'm going to run Guardsman Pass (the hill termed "Ragnar" in Midway). All are welcome to join me. I understand many are racing or have other obligations, so leave a comment with your plans so that we can post it.
