After early morning deliberation, we have found that the Hillene group is doing hills and we want to do a tempo. Ms. Mileage and myself will be joining the Soccer Park group.

Hog's Hollow 6:30 - Meet at the Hogi Yogi/gas station in Alpine. Fifteenish miles. If you need directions or have something else in mind, let me know.

Thursday's Run (11/22/07)

1. Vivan Park, 6:30. The plan is to run Big Springs
2. Hillene's House, 5:30. (Not sure what their plan is)
3. Cedar Hills Restrooms West of Fire Station, 7:00 (Plan is 10 mellow off-road miles)

Tuesday Tune

There was a discussion this morning about organizing something for Thursday (Turkey Day). Radracer and Cracker have a Big Springs Turkey Day tradition. I believe that I will stay in the north end of the county that day (I have to pluck the feathers of the family heirloom turkey and churn my own butter).

Also, there were some rumblings today of a northern run on Saturday (Hog's Hollow in Alpine). So consider yourself forewarned. Although, you might all be too trashed from all of that "Black Friday" shopping to join us....

If you don't know where the mouth of Provo canyon is (I heard this to be true of the "Long" fellow), drive East on 800 North towards Provo canyon. Just before the highway splits to go up the canyon, you will see a gas station on the left. Take the first left directly after the gas station. There's a parking lot on the right.

Tuesday Tune

I experience a fair amount of boredom on Tuesdays (actually it happens on most days, but Tuesdays are the only days that begin with the "Tuh" sound as opposed to Thursdays and the "Thuh" sound).

For this reason, I'm starting a new "episode" called the "Tuesday Tune." Basically, you can view a new running tune each Tuesday. Exciting.
