A few of us are running the 5k for Emily Austin at Orem High at 9:00. The cost is $10 for the 5k or $5 for the 1-mile kids race. More info on this race can be found at:

Also, in other news, Melissa's brother-in-law was recently diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma and given a prognosis of 9 mos. He just graduated from BYU and had not found a job yet when it all struck. He has no income and no life insurance. He does have some savings that they are living on but that won't last long. They live in Provo and a friend of theirs is putting on a 5k race for them. The race is on Nov. 13th at 9:30. Here is a link to the website

There are a few that will meet at Vivian Park @ 6:30, drive to Soldier Hollow to do about 15. Should be done around 9:30.
