Saturday's Run (9/29/07)
American Fork Hospital, 7:30.
Ms. Mileage has offered to fill her suburban with people on the way. There was a entry-level discussion earlier this morning, but if you wanna ride, I suggest you leave a comment. And oh yeah, there's only 18 seats so it's first come, first serve (look at me try to impress the blogging universe with the size and grandeur of our rogue little ensemble.)

Thursday's Run (9/27/07)
HILLene's house at 5:00, pick up TriaBry and then Rad Racer around 5:15. Ms. Mileage wants 9, but I'll need to be coerced into doing more than 8 (chocolate always works nicely).

Wednesday's Run (9/26/07)
Due to conflicting schedules, it looks like we will have two speed sessions this week. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday.
For Wednesday's run, the plan is to meet at the soccer park at 5:00, run to a high school and crank out some 400's. Some of us are doing a 5k on Saturday and would need the speed on Wednesday as opposed to Thursday.
In regards to the 5k race on Saturday, the race is a Huntsman Cancer Institute fund raiser and is called "Mike's Mad Dash." Mike is the hospital administrator and if you beat him to the finish, you get two movie tickets. They say Mike is athletic but "football player athletic" - whatever that means. The race starts at 9:00am from the American Fork hospital. It's $10 if you register before Saturday, $15 day of. You can register at the American Fork Hospital or call 855-3279 for more info.
