6:30 at the Church Could be different distances 8-9, with possible more

6:00 at the church. We'll make the rest of it up on the run.

5:30 at the Church I don't know specifics of the main run With my foot, I will not be going too far

5:35 at the church. Jilene and I will be leaving our houses at 5:30, heading to the church, and who knows where from there. Back around 7:30.

6:30 at the Church Looks like the canyon will be good still
