6:30 Am at the soccer park, canyon run

Some are racing, some are gone I am doing flags but a couple of us are leaving the church @ 6:45 for a run, join in if you want.

I have not had any requests I feel like the canyon and have not used the new parking so... 6:00 AM Mouth of Provo Canyon if you want

6:30 at Bridal Veil Falls Parking Big Spring loop I will be going shorter than that 16 if interested.

6:30 @ Bridal Veil Falls Plan on Big Spring for 15-16 miles If you wanted less, you could meet runners at Vivian Park 6:45 to 6:50 ish
