I did not receive any request for a run tomorrow… I am slow and trying to recover but will leave the church area about 6:30 for a few miles if you want to start with me and head off into the sunrise!

THANKSGIVING DAY

6:00 AM at the church, this time will allow some miles and get us home on time to help with the day's activities. We are thinking going to the canyon so at least 10 miles.
