We plan on going up the canyon, those who want less or to meet later could meet us up the canyon. Those who want more could add on after, some of us are going to bike from the park, if you want to bike, you could join us. We need to be back to the park @ 7:50.

No one has contacted me to post, I think it is spring break, races, etc...so I will leave the Church at 6 if anyone wants company. I think I will go to bridal veil falls and back which is about 15. Good luck to the racers and have fun on continued spring break.

New Frequency
There has been talk of how many posts we need and how many of us read the posts. Rabidrunner is very busy right now and I have taken the tast of posting. I think most of us know the Monday and Wednesday routes. If you don't, for the time, Look at the last Mondays and Wednesdays and you will see. I will try to post every Friday for the Saturday run. IF you want something different, OR if I forget,(I am the senior citizen compared to some of you youngsters!See Below) you can call or text me on my cell @ 372-4342.
BEST EVER SENIOR CITIZEN JOKE
A little silver-haired lady calls her neighbor and says, "Please come over here and help me. I have a killer jigsaw puzzle, and I can't figure out how to get started."
Her neighbor asks, "What is it supposed to be when it's finished?"
The little silver haired lady says, "According to the picture on the box, it's a rooster."
Her neighbor decides to go over and help with the puzzle.
She lets him in and shows him where she has the puzzle spread all over the table.
He studies the pieces for a moment, then looks at the box, then turns to her and says,
"First of all, no matter what we do, we're not going to be able to assemble these pieces into anything resembling a rooster."
He takes her hand and says, "Secondly, I want you to relax. Let's have a nice cup of tea, and then," he said with a deep sigh ............
