I know it is snowy and holiday time etc...if anyone wants to run, I normally leave by the church at 6 AM. Been doing 13 ish on Saturdays.

6 AM at the Church, snow or no snow. No sure who will be there, but I will be starting then.

Saturday Dec 1

If anyone wants a run, we can leave the church @ 6 AM. Will go 10+, I would like at least 12...

Saturday October 27

6 & 6:30 AM, both times at the Church. We will go out early and meet back at the church for the 2nd group, then 2 hours.

Saturday October 20

I have had no requests. Two of us have early commitments and will leave at the Church @ 5:15, do 10 miles +-. Join us if you want.

Marathon Day

Not sure how many will actually be around come Saturday. Our name seems to be Cracked Up Dawn!! Last year we met at the tennis courts @ 5 AM. So, unless anyone else wants different, we could all catch a ride up to the top together. Good Luck ALL.

I suppose most have set plans...I am not running too swift, but if you want any company I will be at the mouth of Provo Canyon @ 6 for 14-15 miles.

6:00 Mouth of Provo Canyon (15 miles or more or less) I will be at the soccer park @ 5:45 for 18 miles. So choose your company, last week we divided up but that worked out.

6:00 AM Mouth of Provo Canyon for 18 some who want more could come early or add on if you want 16, meet @ Timpanogos Park @ 6:15 I will meet @ 6 but cannot do 18 yet as I recover, I plan on 14, maybe more, will just run up and turn back before others. Please make comments to let us know if you want us to look for you.

5:30 at the Soccer Park for 18.  5:45 at the mouth of the canyon for 15.  Anywhere else along the way for your distance of choice (but you will have to figure out the time).

There's been some talk of running a little bit later... say 6:00 at the Church?  Can you all make that?

Saturday June 30

6:00 AM Vivian Park We will do Big Spring, initially there was talk about meeting at Bridal Veil but there will be a Runners Corner race up there. By meeting at 6 we can miss it. If you want to warm up before the hill, it will be light, you could arrive a bit early. Or, if you want more, you could add on after.

Saturday June 9

Most of the group will be running UVM. Best to you, run well! If you want to go with a small group and be able to be at the finish, we will meet close to 100 N and 100 W in Provo @ 6:00 AM, call my cell @ 372-4342 close to that time and we can hook up once we have found parking. Probably go the route of the 2nd half of Provo City Marathon + some for about 15.

6:00 AM Mouth of Canyon 12 miles up to Vivian with Tempo back for those doing UVM next week. If you want more, you could come early or stay late.

SATURDAY MAY 26 6:00 AM Soccer Park, we will decide which way to go based on weather. MONDAY MAY 28 6:00 AM Soccer Park Our Annual Cemetery Run So that makes it pretty simple, meet at the soccer park @ 6 AM Saturday and Monday!

Mike's wife is going to drive us up to Soldier Hollow. That mileage back to church should be 17+.

I am going to drive up and park @ Timpanogos park and that way I can get 12-14...I could run to mouth and back up for about 14 if I feel OK on that. Someone could drive back with me if they want less mileage.
